1.Target audience
Our Applications and Services are intended for a general audience aged 13 years and older, including individuals and organizations using our platform for mental wellness, self-assessments, gaming, utilities, and other digital services.
Indian users — age threshold
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, anyone under 18 is treated as a child and processing their personal data requires verifiable parental consent. Where the DPDP Act applies, that higher threshold governs, regardless of the 13+ figure above. See our DPDP compliance statement.
2.Information collection and use
Our Applications collect information when you download and use them. Depending on the specific app, this information may include:
- Personal Information: Name, Age, Email Address, Phone Number, and Regional Location (such as country or state) if provided during registration or support contact.
- Device and Usage Information: Device ID, FCM Token (for notifications), operating system, pages/features visited, time and date of interactions, and time spent within the Application.
The Service Provider may use the information you provided to contact you from time to time to provide important service-related information, required notices, and updates about the Application. Marketing communications may be sent only where permitted by applicable laws.
The information requested by the Service Provider will be retained and used as described in this Privacy Policy.
3.Health and sensitive data
Certain Applications in our portfolio provide mental wellness, mood tracking, or self-assessment features. As part of these services, we may collect and process sensitive personal data, such as Health Data, under applicable store and platform policies.
What we may collect
- Responses to wellness assessments, diagnostics, and questionnaires.
- Mood, stress, energy levels, and emotional state indicators when self-reported by users.
- Self-reported mental, cognitive, or behavioral conditions shared within app workflows.

Why we collect this data: Sensitive wellness and health data is collected strictly to provide personalized wellness insights, generate recommendations and self-improvement guidance, and improve the effectiveness and accuracy of our services.
How this data is used: Sensitive wellness data is processed within the app to deliver insights, analyzed using secure systems (including AI where appropriate) to generate recommendations, and used in aggregated or anonymized form to improve service quality.
AI and third-party processing: We may use third-party AI services such as OpenAI to process anonymized or pseudonymized data. We do not share personally identifiable information (such as name, email, or phone number) with AI providers for this processing, and providers are contractually restricted from using this data for their own purposes.
Data sharing limits: Sensitive health and wellness data is never sold, is never used for advertising, and is only shared with trusted service providers for core functionality such as cloud storage, analytics, and AI processing under strict contractual confidentiality and security obligations.
User control: Users can request deletion of their data at any time, stop collection by uninstalling the application, and contact us directly for data-related concerns.
Security of sensitive data: We apply industry-standard security controls, including encryption in transit and at rest, to protect all sensitive user data.
Prominent disclosure
S3 Cubes applications may collect wellness and health-related data (such as mood, self-assessment answers, or questionnaire responses) to deliver personalized insights, progress tracking, and recommendations. This data may be processed using secure AI services. No personally identifiable or health information is shared with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
4.Use of information
We use collected data to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the user experience across our applications and games.
- Deliver personalized content, recommendations, and progress insights.
- Communicate important service updates, technical notices, and support messages.
- Protect our users, secure our systems, and prevent abuse, policy violations, or fraud.
5.Third party access
Only aggregated or de-identified data is periodically transmitted to external services where possible to help improve the Applications and service quality. The Service Provider may share information with third-party service providers (such as Google and OpenAI) as described in this Privacy Policy.
For clarity: where applicable, sensitive data may be processed by OpenAI for AI-powered recommendations and by Firebase/Google services for storage and analytics support, subject to the safeguards described in this Privacy Policy.
We engage third-party service providers, acting under our instructions, to perform services or business functions on our behalf, which may involve sharing your personal data. These service providers include, but are not limited to, the following types:

We provide a data deletion request page where users can submit a request for erasure at s3cubes.com/data-deletion. Sensitive health and wellness data is never sold and is never used for advertising purposes. Third-party providers process data only under our documented instructions and applicable legal safeguards.
The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:
- As required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process.
- When they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.
- With their trusted service providers who work on their behalf, do not have an independent use of the information we disclose to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement.
6.Opt-out and deletion rights
You can stop all collection of information by an Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.
To permanently request the deletion of all data associated with your account, submit a request through our Data Deletion Request form or contact us at support@s3cubes.com.

7.Data retention policy
The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable period thereafter, in accordance with legal, regulatory, and operational requirements.
If you would like your User Provided Data deleted, please contact support@s3cubes.com or visit our data deletion page. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
8.Children
Our Applications are intended only for users who are 13 years of age or older. The Service Provider does not knowingly allow individuals under the age of 13 to create accounts or use the Services.
If it is discovered that a user under the age of 13 has provided personal information, the Service Provider will immediately delete such information from its systems and remove the user's account in accordance with this policy.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a child under 13 has provided personal information through our Applications, please contact us at dev@s3cubes.com and we will promptly remove the information.
9.Security
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information the Service Provider processes and maintains.
10.Changes and your consent
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. This privacy policy is effective as of 11 March 2026.
By using the Application, you are consenting to the processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us.
